Registration is open for our 2026 event. Registrations are refundable until June 1, 2025 with a $50.00 service fee. 

After June 1, 2025, all registrations created before or after that date are non-refundable. Registrations can be transferred to another individual.  Scroll a little further to start your registration. 

Our hotel room block is not yet opened for reservations. You'll be notified when the block is ready for your.

If your are a first-timer , use the coupon code "firsttime" to take $50 off the early bird rate for your registration. Registration rates will go up on June 1!

Registration fees are NOT refundable after June 1, 2025. Registrations made before June 1, 2025 are refundable. Any registrations made before or after June 1, 2025 will not be refundable after June 1.  Registrations may be transferred to another individual.
