Build. Buy. Operate. Survive—and win—in today’s self-storage environment.
The rules have changed.
Markets are saturated.
Interest rates have rewritten underwriting.
Loans are coming due.
Labor, technology, and customer expectations demand good decisions and not guesswork.
The Self Storage Hawai‘i UnConference, brought to you by Insied Self-Storage brings together a carefully curated group of owners, operators, developers, investors, and advisors who are actively navigating these challenges right now.
No panels.
No vendor pitches disguised as education.
No spectators.
Instead:
Because the best conversations don’t happen in ballrooms.
They happen over beautiful views, coffee conversations, on walks, at sunset, and at dinner.
If you’re serious about self-storage in the next decade,
you should be in this room.

Tron Jordheim is the host for our unconference and usually does not present at our events. But there are a lot of things happening in the sales realm in the self-storage world. We need to talk about these things.
When Tron isn't working on the unconference, he works as a business consultant to a variety of businesses.
Tron has spent 25 years in the storage buisness figuring in out how to boost conversion rates and sell well. The conditions change every few years and they are changing now. That means we have to have better sales strategies.
Before his work in the self-storage business, he was a sales leader in the bottle water industry, leading Culligan Bottled Water's top bottled water franchsie.
