The snorkel cruise is going to be Monday from 9 am to Noon on October 18. We’ll get picked up in the bay right in front of the hotel. You MUST sign up yourself for this tour with the snorkel cruise company. Be like Elon musk and build and launch your own rocket. Okay, it will be a lot smaller than his. I mean a lot. But it will still be fun. This activity is led by Science Camps of America founder Mike Richards.

SUNSET CRUISE is Thursday at 4 pm. We have arranged a special scheduling for this outing and must have a minimum of 12 people signed up for the cruise company to schedule this. There may be others outside of our group on the boat with us, but that is ok, too. Tron Jordheim is booking this directly with the cruise company . To sign up for this, YOU MUST send Tron Jordheim $150 per adult and $75 per child for your party. (we have to add a few dollars to the cruise fees to cover transaction fees)

Take a guided hike that afternoon or evening at the Waikoloa Dry Forest Reclamation Project Center.
Rocket Launch in the morning. This will be a mini-science camp experience for adults and a blast. A literal blast and a figurative one.
We'll gather together for the sunset and to raise money for Kureit. A heartwarming way to get ready for a few days of great un-conference sessions and networking.

9:15 to 10:00. Howard Pryor. Are you out of alignment? The importance of finding alignment between your business goals and the goals for your stakeholders, vendors, and teammates.
10:00 to 11:00. Anne Mari DeCoster. Self Storage Today. In order to imagine possible futures, we need to know where we are today and what influences and trends are important and impactful. Anne Mari will be leading a future-proof game all about self storage. We’ll lay the groundwork for our self-storage future-proof game in this session.
11:00 to 12:00. Brian Massey. Conversion Science is a foundational activity to managing businesses, especially when so much business is conducted on-line and in-app. Get the full story from one of the inventors and leaders of this practice area.
